When Pharmacists create or maintain an account, Filled may collect:

Any verification performed or displayed by Filled is intended to support the operation of the marketplace and does not replace a Pharmacy’s responsibility to independently verify professional credentials before permitting a Pharmacist to perform work.

Filled does not guarantee that information obtained from public databases, third-party providers, or users will always be complete, accurate, or current.

If Filled introduces additional identity verification, background screening, or credentialing services, this Policy may be updated to describe the additional information collected and applicable privacy practices.

3.4 Location Information

Filled does not undertake to routinely monitor all private conversations between users.

However, communications may be accessed or reviewed when reasonably necessary for security, technical support, investigation of reported violations, compliance with legal obligations, or protection of users and the Platform, subject to applicable law.

Users should not share patient records, protected health information, financial account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through Platform messaging.

3.7 Subscription and Billing Information

Filled offers paid subscriptions for access to certain Platform features.

When users purchase subscriptions, Filled and its authorized payment processing providers may collect or process information such as:

Verification information may be obtained from users, publicly available sources, or authorized third-party providers.

4.4 Safety, Security, and Fraud Prevention

Before a match or connection, Pharmacies may be able to view limited Pharmacist profile information, such as:

• Relevant qualifications;
• Preferred work locations;
• License or verification status, where displayed; and
• Other profile information made available through the Platform.

After a match or connection, additional information may become available to the connected Pharmacy, including the Pharmacist’s full name, professional license information, and information necessary to communicate and evaluate a potential work arrangement.

The specific information displayed may depend on Platform features, account status, subscription access, and privacy settings.

5.2 Pharmacy Profile Visibility

Pharmacists may be able to view information concerning Pharmacies, including:

• Pharmacy business name;
• Business location;
• Work opportunity details;
• Shift dates and times;
• Compensation information supplied by the Pharmacy;
• Relevant business profile information; and
• Other information made available through the Platform.

5.3 User Responsibility for Shared Information

Users acknowledge that information shared with another user through the Platform may be viewed, retained, or used by that recipient outside Filled’s direct control.

Filled cannot guarantee that another user will delete or refrain from retaining information previously disclosed through an authorized connection.

Users must comply with applicable laws and Filled’s Terms of Use when accessing or using information about other users.

Filled does not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Requesting account deletion does not necessarily cancel an active subscription managed through Apple, Google, or another third-party billing provider.

Users should cancel applicable subscriptions before deleting their accounts to avoid unintended future charges.
